

Cancellation
Policy for Expressions Seminars
In the rare occurrence Expressions Seminars has to cancel the
course due to technical difficulty, all currently registered participants
will be notified via email used to register for the course and the participant will select a future date to view the seminar. If a participant does not wish to watch the seminar in the future, they will have the
following options:
1. Select another seminar to watch in place of the one originally selected. If there is a difference in price, the participant agrees to pay the difference minus $10 for the inconvenience.
2. Apply the fee to a seminar in the future.
3. Request a refund of registration fee. If the participant has watched more than 50% of the seminar, this will not be an option and they will be offered a future date to complete their course.
Cancellation/Refund/Extension Policies for Participants
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Prior to beginning a course:
Participant can apply registration to a future online course or the
participant can request a refund of the registration fee less $10 fee which covers
cost of administrative work.
Any cancellation after the participant has started the course is not eligible for a refund.
Instead Expressions Seminars can put the course on hold and the participant can complete it at a future time by emailing seminars@expressionsspeech.com when they are ready to begin again.
EXTENSION
Each course allows participants access for ONE week (seven days). If the participant needs more time to complete the course, they will email seminars@expressionsspeech.com and ask for the course to be extended for an additional week.
If more than TWO weeks is needed to complete the course, an additional $10 fee will be assessed to the participant and must be paid before access will be granted beyond week TWO. Expressions Seminars reserves the right to waive this fee on a case-by-case basis.
Complaint Resolution Policy
In the event of a grievance
regarding an Expressions Seminar, please email your complaint details to seminars@expressionsspeech.com.
We will work to resolve all complaints and a response acknowledging receipt of
the complaint will be sent to the complainant within 48 hours. If you do not
receive a confirmation email, please call (336) 350-9263.
The CE Administrator and course instructor will review the complaint, determine
the appropriate course of action, and provide a written or verbal response to
either the participant who lodged the complaint. Complaints submitted through
course evaluations will receive responses only when a determination is made
that they are of such weight that further action is needed.
